Our Priorities: Pathways to Support

Expanding services and making them accessible to students and families.

We're breaking down barriers to care so students in SLO County can gain access to behavioral health support in school.

Our Commitment

Providing pathways to support is a core priority of the California Youth Behavioral Health Initiative (CYBHI) in SLO County, focused on making sure all children and youth—no matter their background, income, language, or location—can get the mental health support they need. This means breaking down barriers to care, addressing gaps in services, and ensuring that every young person has access to culturally responsive, timely, and effective support in schools and communities.
